• If you found the perfect home, would you stretch that monthly payment?
• Would you increase your down payment?

2. Cast a Wide Net

Even if you think you know exactly where you want to live, you’ll benefit from starting broad.

If your heart’s set on Fort Lauderdale, for example, we might also look at Pompano Beach , Oakland Park , Hollywood , and other nearby areas.
